Here are the stories I was able to salvage from the wreckage of Elfwood, courtesy of the Internet Archive and a good friend who unearthed my favourite one from a not-quite-dead hard drive.
I also added my newest story, some fan fiction for Divinity: Original Sin 2, a game that will always hold a special place in my heart, and the first fan fiction poem I've ever written.
This is probably the shortest short story I've ever written. The idea came to me while I was listening to 'Winterborn' by a band called The Crüxshadows, and it jumped around in my head until I finally wrote it down.
A fragment that came out of a Vampire: The Masquerade game I was in almost 20 years ago. Cassandra Wong was my Toreador character, and here her ghoul, Alex Baker, remembers how he first met her.
The aforementioned favourite story. I wrote it after a particularly entertaining role-playing adventure, which I GM'd almost three decades ago. Hooray for creative players!
Finally a new story! I originally started writing this for Larian Studio's Halloween contest in 2017, but only managed to finish it almost three years later (not quite in time for the contest deadline). It stars Lohse and is set well before the events of Divinity: Original Sin 2, when Adramahlihk hadn't yet made his appearance and Lohse's head still had room for less demanding inhabitants.
And now for something completely different. This short piece is a poem inspired by Mistlight, a D&D5e role playing show on Tablestory. The story is intriguing and so are the characters, especially this one: Williton "Will" Ortus, played by Fairlight_Excalibur, who has given us such a wealth of little bits and pieces of backstory so far that I simply had to do something with it. The poem is really supposed to be a song, so imagine a bard in a tavern, strumming a lute and singing a ballad. No, not that bard, that poor minstrel has sung his last...
